 Standard Camera Hot Shoe Safe Syncs Voltage Adapter

Hot shoe adapter for digital or regular cameras, with sync voltage protection electronic circuitry built in to the hot shoe adapter. For any camera, digital or regular slr, with a standard ISO hot shoe on the camera body. No batteries needed.

Most digital cameras do not have a PC cord connector terminal on the camera body. Just a hot shoe on top of the camera. This adapter allows the user to connect any strobe flash to the camera and not burn up the camera electronics. It reduces the voltage that goes to the camera flash sync to a safe 6 volts.  

Many strobes or flashes on the market have a sync connection to the flash that is very high in voltage to the camera’s sync terminal (PC terminal or hot shoe). Some as high as 200 to 400 volts. A high voltage like this can easily burn up a digital camera, or burn the contacts on a regular non-digital camera.  

This adapter and slips into the hot shoe on the camera and TIGHTENS DOWN with a knurled ring to make good contact with the camera shoe. It does not slide around on the camera shoe like many safe sync adapters and other adapters do; and not make good contact like other adapters on the market.
